About me
The qualities most valuable about myself are good communication, adaptability and quick learning. I gained my ability to communicate and actively listen to others from my years of experience in the service industry. My curiosity is the source of my adaptability and learning skills. I always get a sense of accomplishment and pride when I learn something new or find the solution to a difficult problem. From fixing the AC in a car to coding a website, I always find things fun to learn.

3D Printing
3D Printing has caught my imagination ever since I had first seen it almost 5 years ago. The possibilities seem endless in the application that it can be used. When more affordable options were available I snached one up as quick as I could. One example of the fun I've had is featured below.
Josh's Head
It took about 60 rapid fire pictures in a decending spiral around his head to get enough raw data to render the 3D Model
3d-Mapping
A program was made by some college students as freeware. It took some polishing but I used it to take all those images to match key elements to generate a ragged 3D mesh to work with.
Final Product
With that 3D mesh I used various editors to create a solid 3D model of the head. In this image it doesn't show it but in the bottom of the neck there is a place to mount a spring. This made it so it could be used as a bobblehead.
Home Improvement
You will rarely catch me calling a repair man. I really enjoy learning how to fix or improve my environment.

Java is the language I am most familiar with but I also have some experience with Python, HTML5, and C++.
